This is called a sled kite and making it couldn’t be easier.
Choose the colour of your sail, position and secure the spars with sticky tape, add the flying line, add the tails, decorate your kite, and you’re ready to fly. This is an ideal workshop activity for children aged 6 years and over.
Our standard sled kite is 43 cm wide and is available in packs of 100.
Each set includes 100 polythene sails (x two colours), a reel of different coloured tail material, spars and reel of cotton line, an assembled sample kite for construction guidance plus spare sails and spars for practice.
For first time purchasers the kite kit also includes a free training DVD illustrating step by step construction.
